Handpan and Yoga

The Handpan can be used well in sound therapy or in yoga and meditation classes. On the one hand to relax the audience and let a yoga class end or to make music together with several handpans.

The Handpan has a therapeutic effect and can be used in different ways through various learning concepts. Through intuitive playing, trance-like states can be achieved, one forgets time and space. Disciplined learning and left and right hand stroke movements also activate the left and right hemispheres of the brain. By learning new rhythms, the whole thing becomes"strength training for the brain" and in the long run protects us from Alzheimer's, dementia and other diseases. From this point of view, handpan playing and music making is also a kind of "old-age provision".
