Have you always wanted to try out a handpan and get to know nice and relaxed people who share your interest in this wonderful instrument? Then you’ve come to the right place at the HandpanHof in Babben.
We offer regular handpan workshops for beginners.
In our 2-hour workshop you will get to know this beautiful instrument from the ground up in a small group of absolute beginners. In a relaxed, undogmatic atmosphere, you will be taught the correct technique and you can start right away. We will find a suitable handpan for you and make it available to you during the workshop.
After the workshop, you can put what you have learned directly into practice by borrowing or purchasing a handpan from our wide range of different manufacturers.
If you have grown fond of your Handpan during the rental period and would then like to purchase it, the rental is even free of charge.

Der HandpanHof Babben befindet sich in der historischen ehemaligen Gaststätte Fiebig im malerischen Dorf Babben im Naturpark Niederlausitzer Landrücken, nur wenige Minuten von Lübbenau und Vetschau im Spreewald entfernt. Wir bauen, verleihen und verkaufen Handpans (Steel Drums) mit wunderschön entspannten sphärischen Klängen. Wir bieten regelmäßig Workshops für Anfänger an. Musiktheoretische Kenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Das Instrument erschließt sich schnell auf intuitive Weise. Wir verfügen über einen großen mietbaren Veranstaltungssaal für Musikveranstaltungen, Handpan Gatherings und Yoga Retreats, eine eigene Festwiese, sowie einen Campingplatz mit großem Waldschwimmbad und eine Pension im Ort.
