Heidelberg - Beginner/Advanced Course Part 4 Handpan Workshop

Fernando Lyra offers regular handpan workshops for beginners in Heidelberg.

Independent movements for beginners, 3-3-2 grooves and an introduction to polyrhythms are the main components of the beginner/advanced course part 4 workshop.

There are also the following advanced courses, which can be booked independently:

Beginner/advanced course part 2: Further development of beginner grooves and beginner backbeat grooves

Beginner/advanced course part 3: Patterns from Once Again (Hang Massive) and Urban (Kate Stone), arpeggios in 3/4 and 4/4 time

The workshops are conducted with D Celtic Minor Handpans, but can also be transferred to any other handpan with a few minor adjustments. Handpans are provided for the courses, but you can of course also bring your own handpan. You will also receive sufficient practice material to take home with you so that you can continue to develop your game independently over the next few months.

After the workshops, you also have the option of renting a handpan so that you can continue to apply what you have learned at home and develop your playing independently. If you buy a Handpan, the rental fees will be charged 100% with the purchase price.

Participation in the workshops is only possible with registration.

In all workshops we will have small moments of jam session to assimilate the grooves and find a flow state in it.
